Paths 2 Promise (P2P) is a regional Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Employment and Training (E&T) Pilot Project initiative that works to increase employment and earnings and reduce dependency on public assistance for SNAP work registrants in the rural Promise Zone region of eastern Kentucky.  The goal of the program is to provide qualifying individuals with tools and services that will help them secure employment at a sustainable wage.  For region-specific information on what constitutes a living wage, please see http://livingwage.mit.edu/states/21/locations.  

The intent of this tool is to help P2P partners identify the trajectory and appropriate referrals and/or services for program participants in the early stages of the P2P program.
